On my Windows 10 computer I had setup localhost websites. All browsers worked except for Chrome. Looking at my host file I realized that Chrome was ignoring and found this great command to clear the DNS.
Clear the Sockets:
chrome://net-internals/#dnsThen clear the DNS:
chrome://net-internals/#dnsThen you must type in the address of the localhost.
